Will it really look like your Thoroughbred?
The painting follows your photo: the markings, ears, eyes and colors. You see free previews before you pay, so you only buy if it's them. If a printed portrait isn't right, we repaint it free or refund you.
What photo works best?
One clear, well-lit photo with the face easy to see, taken at their eye level. Phone photos are fine. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses and very dark shots.
Is it made with AI?
Yes. Iris, our AI painter, paints it from your photo, and a person checks every print before it's made. Your photo is used only for your portraits and deleted after 30 days.
Can I have two pets in one portrait?
Not as one painting yet. Make a portrait of each from their own photos, and the set price covers every style you made.
How long does delivery take?
Digital portraits arrive by email straight away. Printed gifts are made in 2 to 5 working days, then posted with tracking; US delivery is included in the price. For Christmas, order printed gifts by Wed 9 Dec in the US.
