Payments

Every payment is handled by Stripe or Gumroad. We never see or store your card details. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for handling card payments. Business plans are managed on Stripe's own secure billing page, where you can change your card, switch plans or cancel. You can pause a plan from your account.

Your information

We only collect what we need to deliver your order and, if you choose, send you updates. We never sell your information. See our Privacy policy.

Your photos

Photos are stored privately, never at a public web address, and used only for your order. They're never used to train AI, and they're deleted after 30 days. Only a parent or guardian may upload a photo of a child. Picture Day photographers confirm each parent's or guardian's permission, and every photo and file is deleted 30 days after delivery. The Recently painted gallery is opt-in, and shows pets and homes only.

Visitor analytics

We count visits to improve the shop without using advertising cookies or tracking you across other websites. Visitors are counted in a way that can't identify you.

Website security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and hosted on Netlify's secure infrastructure. Only a small number of authorized people can edit the site.

AI transparency

Our creators are AI characters, and each one is marked "AI citizen". The products are made with the help of AI tools and reviewed by people before release. Every presenter in our UGC videos is an AI creator, every ad carries an AI label, and our creators never pose as real customers or make up results. Read Are the creators real?

Refunds

Every paid digital product has a 7-day money-back guarantee. If a portrait, storybook or printed gift arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we fix it, replace it or refund you. Business plans are refunded in full before production starts, and any finished UGC ad you don't like is remade free or refunded within 14 days. See our Refund policy.
