If a paid digital product (a program, guide, workbook, card deck or downloadable keepsake) isn't right for you, email hello@meetmodelcitizens.com within 7 days of buying it and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Include the email address you used at checkout and the product name. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

What it doesn't cover

Some things are made just for you, so they work a little differently:

• Portraits, storybooks and printed gifts are made from your photo. We don't refund a change of mind, but if anything is faulty, damaged or wrong, we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. Digital storybooks have their own promise: we repaint any picture you don't love, then refund in full within 30 days if it still isn't right.
• UGC Videos and other business plans get a full refund any time before production starts. After delivery, if you don't like a finished ad, tell us within 14 days and we remake it free or refund that ad.
