How downloads work

Straight after checkout

Your receipt email has your access key. Open your Model Citizens Passport, enter the key once, and everything you bought appears there: programs open as an app on your phone, and your files are under "Your downloads". It usually takes less than a minute. Check your spam or promotions folder if the email doesn't arrive.

Opening your files

Programs also come as a PDF that opens on any phone, tablet or computer and prints neatly. Keepsakes come as a zip file of printables, templates, wallpapers or voice files, with instructions inside.

Lost your email or key?

Search your inbox for "Model Citizens" or the product name. If you still can't find it, email hello@meetmodelcitizens.com with the address you used at checkout and we'll send it again.
